（1）必須按工況條件與主機(jī)情況選擇適宜型號(hào)的機(jī)械密封與材料匹配，才能確保機(jī)封正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)和使用壽命。
（2）安裝機(jī)械密封部位的軸（軸套）的徑向跳動(dòng)公差應(yīng)≤0.04 mm，轉(zhuǎn)子的軸向竄動(dòng)量≤0.1 mm。
（3）安裝機(jī)械密封靜止環(huán)的密封端蓋（或殼體），定位端面對(duì)軸的垂直度≤0.04 mm。
（4）機(jī)械密封在安裝時(shí)，必須將軸（軸套）、密封腔、密封端蓋及機(jī)械密封本身清洗干凈，防止任何雜質(zhì)進(jìn)去密封部位。
（5）當(dāng)輸送介質(zhì)溫度偏高、過低或含有雜質(zhì)顆粒、易燃、易爆、有毒時(shí)，必須參照機(jī)械密封有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，采取相應(yīng)的阻封、沖洗、冷卻、過濾等措施。
（6）機(jī)械密封安裝時(shí)，應(yīng)有適當(dāng)?shù)臐?rùn)滑。按照產(chǎn)品安裝說(shuō)明書，保證機(jī)械密封的安裝尺寸。
（7）設(shè)備在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)前必須充滿介質(zhì)，以防止干摩擦而使得密封失效。
（8）樣本中單彈簧傳動(dòng)的機(jī)械密封，應(yīng)合理選擇彈簧旋向，一般從靜止環(huán)端看，軸轉(zhuǎn)向?yàn)轫槙r(shí)針時(shí)，贏選有旋轉(zhuǎn)彈簧，反之則選擇做旋彈簧。
（9）機(jī)械密封暗轉(zhuǎn)部位的尺寸偏差及表面粗糙度要求參照下圖。
（1）Select appropriate mechanical seal to match the materials according to work conditions and host machine equipment , which can keep the mechanical seal work as usual and the durability life.
（2）The radial acting deviation for the shaft ( shaft sleeve ) of the installed mechanical seal shall be 0.04 mm by maximum while the axel sipping capacity shall be no more than 0.1 mm.
（3）The seal cover ( or shaft cover ) of the stationary ring of the installed mechanical seals , the vertical degree of the seal face should be 0.04 mm by maximum.
（4）When installing the mechanical seals , the shaft （ shaft sleeve ）, seal chamber , seal face as well as the mechanical seal must be cleaned in order to keep from any medium to sealing part.
（5）When conveying medium of over high or low temperature,with mediums which are easy to catch firm , easy for explosion . Related mechanical seal standards must be referred to take appropriate measures such as quench , rings , cooling and filtrating.
（6）Appropriate Iubrication must be choosen when mechanical seal is installed . The installment size of the mechanical seal must be guaranteed to the installment instruction.
（7）Before the machine starts running , the hermetic compaterment shall be full of medium and well Iubricated . Dry friction which may lead to the damage of the air-tightness is strictly forbidden.
（8）The single spring of mechanical seal in catalogue , the rotation direction of the spring should be selected reasonably . Looking from the stationary side , the shaft rotating in clockwise way shall fix with rigut circled spring and on the contrary with left circle spring .
（9）The size deviation and surface roughness of the mechanical seal installment part given as follows.
